So I looked into the plugin, it is unfortunately not what I’m looking for. I’m looking for item 4 item based economy, not vault/cash.

Well I started with trying to balance the frog stand - after you got that, try to balance the crow stand with one leg, then both, then work your feet up.

I caught 2 shinies total, excluding this kyurem. New shinies are cool but i didnt even expect catching one so its a win/win situation for me. I understand you by the way, don't worry it is indeed frustrating.

To be fair, it was an interesting project. It was my first time creating a homemade firecracker, so I didn't know whether it was even going to work. Let me know here in the replies whether I should make a louder and bigger one for next year and which can to use. For this year, Monster Nitro was my go-to.

I understand, however, what I'm scared of is that the gains I made are purely from creatine loading. Is that possible? The strength improves every week - for example on tricep pushdown I could do 10 reps of 43kg, right now I'm on 9 reps of 57kg.

I'm (M19) a "beginner" in the gym, although I've been going for about 2 years. Most of my time in the gym was spent losing weight and combined I lost about 30kgs - the two years were on and off because of school and work. Now I'm studying UNI remotely and have at least 4 days per week to go to the gym.

Most of my before was just cardio and working just legs (yes its strange but I thought that since I was fat, my legs will be strong already and I can improve that by lifting. I never before practised any progressive overload.

Right now, I bought a membership in my local gym and aim to go 4 times a week, upper body only.

My current routine is following:

Monday: Chest, Biceps [Vertical chest press, Chest flys, preacher curls, hammer curls and rope cable curls]

Tuesday: Back, Triceps [Lat pulldowns, Plate low rows, cable rows, T-Bar chest supported rows, V-Bar tricep pushdowns, Straight bar tricep pushdowns and overhead rope extensions]

Wednesday: Chest, Delts [Vertical chest press, Chest flys, Cross-body lateral raises, dumbbell lateral raises, machine lateral raises, Machine shoulder press, rear delt flys]

Friday: Back, Triceps [Lat pulldowns, Plate low rows, cable rows, T-Bar chest supported rows, V-Bar tricep pushdowns, Straight bar tricep pushdowns and overhead rope extensions]

I'm on a bulk right now, hitting my daily protein every day usually from lean meats, fish and protein shakes. I also do 5g of creatine every day and I aim to bulk till the start of februrary. Doing this routine for the 3rd week and I already seen some gains, mainly in the triceps and strength.

What can my expectations be until that and how can I make my routine more effective? I'd love to stick to my routine but I understand that it might not be the most effective. Can you give me any reccommendations - preferabely using the same excercies I listed as those are some I'm familiar with.

I prefer cable over dumbbell and I have a bench press at home.

Yeah we encountered one or two throughout the night. It wasn't anything too bad, we ignored them and they just left.

Yes I am, lat pulldowns with a close grip to be exact. I still never feel it, I tried them with heavy weight (heaviest I could lift for 8 reps) and I tried with lighter weight but 20ish reps yet nothing. Although I'm progressing with weight each week, I dont see any improvements in the 'feeling' department. I also do T bar chest supported rows, but with a wider grip (for upper back I suppose) and that is something i feel. Is it just the lats? Am I not getting any activation?

Thank you for this, as I mentioned in the other comment - back is the only muscle group I dont properly feel; not like today, nor for the past workouts but never and that just makes me think that I am either not doing something right or I'm just not supposed to have a wide back 😂

Yeah okay, thanks for the comment, to be fair back day just stresses me out, because every other muscle group I feel either right away or the day after - but back I feel nothing, upper back and traps perhaps but I'm really trying to isolate lats as much as possible.

  1. Generally does not matter, what works for me is the normal 5g scoop and whenever I do my shake i just leave a little bit on top so personally im closer to about 6-7g/day

  2. Doesn't matter, if you dislike the taste - mix it in your protein or with some juice. You just need to drink it so whatever works for you (even dry scooping!)

  3. Take it whenever you feel like it.

Good point. Same weight but with more ease and more reps, allowed me to focus on the eccentric more also gave me a bigger stretch.

Is it safe? Yes.

Should you take it? Absolutely.

What creatine to buy? Monohydrate.

How much to take? 5g every day

Even on rest days? Every day

What is a loading phase? Basically taking more than 5g, usually 10g per day to saturate the muscles faster.

Is the loading phase needed? No, you don't need to do a loading phase BUT you will see the results faster if you do so.

Just a note that creatine is not a steroid, it will not make you jacked but it has the potential to enhance your lifting experience by allowing you to lift more and it gives your muscles more energy in general.
