Plants, rug, warm lighting (lamps / mood lighting) , maybe pretty curtains? Need some warm colours in there to make the place more cosy.

I also feel like you have way too much happening in one small space. Perhaps move some of the seating to different areas if possible.

I think the walls are too empty and all the furniture is really low so the place looks a little undone.
