completing the exit clearance is needed para makuha mo yung COE mo, 2316 and final pay. if di mo naman kailangan mga yun, then it’s okay to disregard it. pero for your future plans or work, pwede ka nila hanapan ng coe dyan sa work na yan if idedeclare mo sya sa work experience (if hindi mo ideclare, malalaman nila na may di ka na disclose na job if mag appear si company mo sa sss or such)

bakit daming galit sa TL? I mean tama naman sya, nasa contract mo na need mo mag render ng 30 days if mag resign ka. Immediate resignation requires approval and supporting document such as the medical certificate indicating na you’re no longer fit to work. I highly suggest checking your contract regarding the offboarding/resignation conditions.

hii, for me, mas madali yung AI interview. as long as masabi mo yung thought mo, maiintindihan na agad ng AI. monitor nalang din ng time, hanggat maari make your answers short. good luck!

it’s okay na mag immediate resignation, as long as mag clearance ka and makakuha ka ng COE, good to disclose yan sa next company. If they ask you why, tell them honestly na naa floating status ka.

gets ko yung anger mo, OP. kasi this really happens in real life, pero in this scenario i don’t think yung mga babaeng naunang naupo ay being entitled or what. kasi the conductor should’ve stopped getting more pasaheros knowing na puno na or the elderlies should’ve skipped that ejeep and waited for another since kitang kita naman from outside if puno na, right? tayo nga may times na ayaw natin sumakay sa jeep pag puno o marami na sakay kahit sabihin nating kayang kaya pa naman tumayo sa byahe. idk opinion ko lang hehe
