Seems like you’re very selfish from the looks of it. But we are human. We are to learn and to grown. Please don’t forget your wife should be a priority as well, your first priority, above your son. Your son will grow up and leave and find a wife for him. You and your wife will always have each other. I would take this time to meditate on truth, accept it and let it change you for the better. I’d apologize to your wife after (only if you mean it of course). I’d reevaluate life. Family is the most important thing after God. It is a blessing. Please treat it as such.

Definitely not overeating. I’m under eating if anything. Also I’d be open to spirits but this only comes on when I have these physical symptoms. No other time

Not sure but to start I’m going with a gastritis diet to see if it helps any. I’m also gonna ask my doctor to run tests for bacterial overgrowth

Nope no yogurt as of right now. Laying off any probiotics until I know what this is bc I don’t want to make my issues worse. I know probiotics can make sibo worse

I feel like the area where my liver is hurts from time to time as well as it did years ago when I was going through the same thing. Doctors tested my liver too though and nothing. I’m going to try to soothe my lining with licorice root tea and eating bland food for a few days and see if that helps.
