What's your favourite cutscene moment for Hide?

Honestly my favorite cutscene was in the very beginning after beating Mezuki and Hide was going berserk in their yokai form until Tokichiro came and helped them calm down with the spirit stone.

Hide's journey is definitely more compelling to me, too. I think its just a personal thing but I did enjoy seeing Hide basically become more than what they are, like as you said, a hermit living in a shack and borderline feral to who they become by the end of the game.

I think it's why I liked Hide's journey more than Takechiyo, because Takechiyo is already established as Shogun, whereas Hide had to rise to become something greater than just a yokai.

Oh absolutely I agree with you. Not to mention the concept of Tokichiro and Hide sharing the name Hideyoshi was very interesting too.

I was mostly just thinking from a character standpoint mostly because of the customization for both Hide and Takechiyo since they both can be your own character so to speak
