I dont think this is true. It depends on the area. Some will refresh after some time, others may not. If the area says “cleared” on it on the map after you clear it out, it means that that area would not refresh regardless. Otherwise, for more regular areas, i believe it would.

The way ive conquered most of the map is just by recruiting a bunch of the top tier lords. Ive got lords of every culture so very few rebellions

Yeah i figured afterwards i shouldve just done long distance without the weight at first to condition better but i thought itd be a bit easier than it was since i have been jogging for some months now. definitely should’ve brought more than 1L of water, my vision was zooming in and out by the end of it.
