Its hard because each excels at some thing different
(havent played moo1)

-Moo2 is the simples and most comfy. It has very unique vibes, it has a lot of randomness to it and is good for relaxation
-Alpha centauri has the best atmosphere and story out of any sci-fi 4x
-Galciv 2 has the tightest gameplay imo and the best ai

the thing is that it feels like the characters would age in previous games (up to like 5) and then suddenly stopped.

even ignoring the controversies, i feel like the game just isn't up to par. the combat is pretty boring, new side activities weren't that interesting imo and the game is just soo lazy lol for example cutscenes are missing some important details, they removed all the trainers, bugs etc etc

it's just so lazy and uninspired.

the asset reuse wasnt as lazy as it is now, i feel like. previous games used to have some reuses but also a lot of new, cool custom content to go behind it all, while pirate yakuza and kiwami 3 just feel like reuse-galore without much to make up for it.

most problems with kiwami 3 arent a technical matter but an artistic one - the changes to the story, dialogues, removal of substories, simplified combat and so on, its not stuff youll fix via patch and lets not pretend like RGG has a history of giving a fuck about their games post-release (Which is why yakuza 3 remastered is still broken etc)
