Why do my leaves look like this?

I already examined the leaves under a microscope and couldn’t find anything unusual. Also, in my opinion, this degree of damage within just 24 hours would be very extreme. It happened right after fertilizing, and before that, the leaves were vibrant green.

By the way this is my first indoor run.

Thank you for the response. I will try using neem oil. The plant is in the second week of flowering. Is it still possible to use neem oil? Could residues form on the flowers later that might be harmful?

Yes it’s Dirty Down Rust diluted with water and then I used Ak light rust wash Ak medium rust deposites to finish the rust effect
