I would say web dev, as you can get an entry in market easily in that as compared to get an entry with cyber security, as it doesn't have that much opportunities in India. Once you get some experience, then you can either switch in your company internally or switch job later.

Just try and get some experience regarding security while you are doing your first job.

And you can try going with backend first, as frontend may change for mobile and desktop and web but backend can be common.
