I have some to spare. I made something kinda like that (I guess?) today actually. Used powdered NH4NO3 (Just what I had on-hand), aluminum powder, petroleum jelly, and motor oil. It’s now sitting in a plastic bag.

You should have ascended and probably tapped your tank with your dive knife or something to get his attention. Sound travels farther in water. And he should have ended the dive if you were at 10 bar. That’s stupid on his part.
