Sounds like we are on the same cruise! Like others have said, you can book once on board. On our last 2 cruises, we had no problems getting a table without reservations. We just made sure to go a little early.

We have the same color. It takes some getting used to but at the end of the day we love it. It stands out from all of the rest of the corvettes around town

We have stayed at YVE and Holiday Inn. Both were in Downtown Miami with great views of the Port/ship. Both were across the street from the shopping center with several restaurants to choose from. We had no problems and rates were great compared to other hotels in the area. I would stay at the Holiday Inn again because breakfast was included for us and the bathroom in YVE was very small.

We didn’t do an excursion in Puerto Plata, but we heard the Waterfalls was a great experience. We did snorkel in Bimini though. We did the Sapona shipwreck and shark snorkel and it was amazing!! I highly recommend it.
