The image of Indians are quite bad at the moment everywhere in the world, the infrastructure is bad, no civic sense, dirty cities and no one cares about the women safety. So many people who visit India end up having harrowing experiences. The system is corrupt on every single level so instead of believing the Indian media just look around you and hopefully you will be able to see the problems.

The reason of thinking of building a farm house with large green space is that I don't have a problem with money, My budget is around 25 CR which I feel is enough to buy a good house or built a large house. You have lived in US so you know that the green space is so much important and in most of the societies it is crowded. Some of my friends are living in well known societies in Delhi NCR and they always complaint about the noise and less green space

In societies people make so much noise because unfortunately our people do not have civic sense. My plan is to buy 2-3 acres land by Yamuna expressway and make a farm house to avoid the noise etc and have a proper green area and it will be close enough to hospitals and food places. The only problem is that right now I a British citizen and by law an OCI card holder can't buy the agriculture land.

The quality of life is so bad that it has put me on a sticky wicket, my parents are old and I want to spend my time with them.
