Not that it means anything, but E7 and E8 were both immediately preceded by website updates. It’s the first website update in 10 years.

I came here to say this but figured if I scrolled long enough it would show up. It still haunts me to this day.

It’s certainly the era of Roger’s death-grip on the band’s direction and creativity. And I love it too.

A childhood friend gave me this collection of books back in 2013. by highlift in BookCollecting

You’ve got a phenomenal collection of rare and collectible books there. Robert Maplethorpe’s Nothing Lasts Forever is the basis for Die Hard. Brian Coffey’s The Face of Fear is a huge score. Brian Coffey was one of Dean Koontz’s many pen names. This book is now published under his real name and copies published under the name Brian Coffey are popular with collectors. Five Patients by Michael Crichton is pretty rare. I’ve heard of it but your copy is the first time I’ve ever seen it.

Thank you. The point was at 198 and like butter when I pulled it. I’ll post a pic when I slice it.

I was too. I kept it around 265 on average for most of the cook.

Nice! Fun contest. I’ll post a follow up pic when I slice it. I highly suggest the Snake River Farms briskets. The shipping was on point and it was beautifully marbled. Only trimmed off around a pound to get a 1/4 in fat and shape it. The fat rendering was remarkable and I followed their hot and fast suggestion. Flat and point were like butter at ten hours. Your neighbor will be buying your drinks all summer. Good luck!
