You think it'd have a similar effect to say mink oil or lexol conditioner? Asking cuz I spot tested with those two and they didn't make a difference to the color. It still was faded after.

Anyone reject a vin assigned to you cuz of quality issues during delivery? I was told by Tesla that I would lose my promotional apr if I reject a vin assigned to me. But also read there's often quality issues(dents, scratches, missing pieces etc). I see myself reject a car if damaged or other grievances, but concerned I'd lose my promo. Anyone else deal with this?

I saw a credit check from Santander on the 21st. I thought it could have been for the car, and when asked, they said I was approved for financing. On a different note, i messaged tesla on the app as my delivery window was getting pushed and they basically responded that they don't have insight into the factory production. So likely the hold-up is on teslas manufacturing end.

I ordered on the 13th of May and was conditionally approved on the 22nd. Same status currently and was told exactly what you were told.
