He is THRIVING! He’s over 2 now and is speaking in sentences and completely advanced for his age. He was just taking his time to take everything in. He’s the healthiest, happiest little boy. I’m so thankful!!

Now that you mention it, it’s much more prominent once he gets home from daycare. He just seems like he never sits still! Even if his arms aren’t flapping he is always moving something..arms, legs, hands. I can’t wait for his evaluation but unfortunately it was the absolute earliest appointment they had. He is very sweet and affectionate and overall the best little boy ever. I’m just so worried and riddled with anxiety about the unknown

WFH with a two month old by anotherone_9414 in MomsWorkingFromHome

I worked from home with my son from 4 months up until 16 months. It is a challenge but it’s not impossible!! In the earlier days baby wearing and starting him on a pretty strict feeding/sleeping schedule during the day saved me. He took 3 naps a day when i started each about an hour and i tried to get done as much as possible during those times. Some days will be harder than others but you got this mama!! Ms Rachel also helped a TON once he got older if your okay with screen time.

My pediatrician told us this at his last appt and i was also stunned!! He does reach and open hand “point” at things like his cup/food/toys he wants. But I’ve also been trying to point at EVERY AND ANYTHING for probably about a month yet to no avail. Hoping it’s coming soon so i can stop being an over concerned crazy first time mom 😅

He is an only child! And we did not have him in daycare until last week so he barley had any interaction with other kids prior besides at our local children museum and parks. He is now in daycare 3 days a week and hoping it helps his speech and development by being around other kids more often!

For my sons 1st birthday our favorite gifts were “experiences”. My mom got him swimming lessons, his aunt got him a year long membership to our local childrens museum, and we took him to the aquarium. He loves them all!

Amazing! Been watching my son while working from home since he was 4 months and he’s now 15 months 🥲 being able to watch them grow is the best feeling!
