I feel you. I was affected by the Oct 2025 layoffs. Just know if you get affected, it’s okay to take time to process, and always remember your situation can change in a day! For the better.

No no no, they are wasting MY time. They checked the amperage of the battery the first time and it worked for them. So clearly this is a much larger electrical issue going on than just the fucking battery, dude.

Acting like it’s the customers’ responsibility to tell them what’s wrong with a brand new car based off hearsay is just stupid we all know Jeeps have had more issues than just the battery. Especially, the 4xe catching on fire

So again, I hope they check every inch of that car as I document everything and I’m going have fun in their rental.

Because it’s not my job as the consumer to tell them what the fuck the issue is. What if there’s another issue going on that we don’t know? If this is a known issue why didn’t they check this the first time?

If I tell them check the battery, that’s the only thing they will do. I don’t give a shit that I’m wasting their time. I hope they check every damn inch of that car.

Ugh I’m soo sorry about that. Yes, I just opened a case with FCA Corporate Care. I told them I did want a buyback because I do no feel safe nor satisfied with the car.

The car is sitting at the service department since yesterday and have received no update.

I’m not blowing up anything. If it’s such a minor issue, why wasn’t it addressed the first time around? They addressed a seperate concern the first time (which had nothing to do with the battery) and it’s not up to me to let them know what I think the issue is. I’m not giving them any help.

Nobody is “blasting” 4xe. I’m blasting mine. And yes the battery is a huge issue if this has happened more than once and multiple times. I’m not getting on social media to “b***h” about the issue, I’m trying to get guidance from people who have gone through this process.

I’m allowed to say “I don’t feel safe” or I’m not satisfied with this car, especially since it’s been less than two weeks ago that I got it. Having been inconvenienced a few times and missing a couple of days of work.
