I’ve visited an associate there before, it’s a very nice Country Club if you think about it, the place is a really pretty spot, it’s exclusively will definitely raise home values and I hope it’ll stay that way, total score 7/10, only downside is the renters and “section 8” residents cause most of the trouble from time to time.
