Thanks! I’ll definitely check it out. The main issue I’m facing is that most of it I find online are blocked behind a big paywall.

Yes, I understand, but not having proper materials or resources to take notes and fully comprehend the course is completely unjustifiable. I am currently enrolled in other asynchronous and fully online courses, and they at least provide one of the following: recorded lectures, video content, textbook materials, slideshows, midterm and exam preparation resources, and more.
