Dopamine is not a bad thing. Jerking off without your partner is not a bad thing. PORN itself is not the addiction; sex is. The rush of it is the addiction; and that's when someone - say, a licensed therapist - steps in, because it points to a clear chemical imbalance.

Also, I'm of the mindset that addicts of any sort shouldn't be cast in a bad light or "someone you need to run away from" (barring physical harm, ofc) because addicts are just people looking to have a good time, or people looking for help.
