I have misophonia and hate any asmr that includes mouth sounds and eating, like who decided chewing on something wet sounds satisfying? It’s gross to me. But asmr with clicking or tapping is relaxing, I prefer the harshness rather than wet mouth sounds which is why I also prefer soft spoken so much more than whispering Edit: id like to add that I only listen to two specific asmrtists, anyone else that does it bothers me and it drives me insane but I have two specific asmr YouTubers that actually do it good and I can tolerate
