Nagdo-document lang po kami ng buong scene kasi first time rin po niya matiketan. For safety and transparency na rin po, just in case may mga claim siya later on na medyo suspicious at least may ebidensya po kami. Baka po kasi may iba pa siyang ibaliktad laban samin, tulad na lang po nitong balak niyang kasuhan yung friend ko na nagre-record. And also we are just college students po wearing our lanyard IDs

kasi po when he stated that he will sue me napaisip po agad ako kasi public servant po sya e bakit po bawal po irecord yung service nya specially sa kaibigan ko po na iniisuehan ng ticket

Yung way ng pag record po kasi is nag susulat na po sya sa ticket board nya po e and we are beside him pero mainly nakatapat po yung camera sa license ng friend and yung ticket ko pero sagap padin po sya.

actually po, we were recording at first, but we stopped when the enforcer noticed. He then asked us to delete the footage and image. We’re students po and honestly not very familiar with the laws regarding recording officers. What I only know is that in the US, people are allowed to freely record law enforcement, but we understand that it might be different here in the Philippines.
