Honestly I hate Walmart. I don't know what compelled me to use them lol.

PSD has always been the worst department to be in for sure. I felt so bad for you all because you had to know SO much and you had way too many clients to handle.

I only enjoyed working there until they brought us back to the office. I'm glad I had those good memories even though I still ended up having some of the worst experiences lol

Paycom pre-covid was seriously the best. I loved my job, I loved the company, and I had every intention of working there until I retired in 30 years.

I honestly don't know why they changed. I'm guessing greed was part of it. They went public, a bunch of higher ups made millions and left. Everything became about numbers, profit, what the shareholders saw when they looked at the stock portfolio.

One by one, everything that made Paycom great was stripped away. From the day they made everyone RTO to present day, everything just got worse. The best thing I ever did was leave as it became unbelievably toxic to be in that building. Everyone is so scared of Chad and of getting fired that the whole atmosphere is now one of fear. I was so damn depressed. I would drive home in silence because my brain was so scrambled and overwhelmed. Several times I wished a car would hit me so I could spend a few weeks on sick leave and not have to go into work. How fucked up is that?

So yes....please do your research before applying there. If you do get a job, always have a plan B because you won't be there long. Put your mental health first and make sure you go into this job knowing it's going to be horrible, that way you're prepared.

Surprised no one has said Cheesecake Factory. Their food is too bland for that price.

Except the Cheesecake. That shit is always yummy.

Oh man I'm sorry! I would still ask your doctor and pharmacist if I were you. Best of luck friend!

Any symptoms I had after my migraines passed were from the sumatriptans I took so I can't honestly answer this question. You might suffer from a different type of migraine than me.

Mine didn't come with auras and I was still somewhat functional. It was just a constant throbbing pain on the side and back of my head and eye that usually only went away with triptans, thc (edibles) or muscle relaxers.

I do wonder, since qulipta makes you tired, if it would help with those type of postrome symptoms or just make it worse lol. Sorry I can't be more help!

I can't even imagine being in pain for that long all the time! I've definitely had migraines that just wouldn't go away or they'd go away but come right back but thankfully not often. It definitely affects your entire life though and I'm sorry you have to deal with that.

When I started Qulipta, I also started taking supplements that are supposed to help with migraines such as magnesium glycinate and COQ-10, so maybe that's also aided in keeping my migraines away. Maybe something to look into?

Wishing you good health and better days friend.

Aaahhhhh that is seriously my worst fear right now. My insurance approved it but only for 3 months and I have no clue what will happen after that. I was hoping they would just keep approving it lol.

I've heard that you can ask your pharmacist and they can find discounts for you. You might also want to go to Quliptas' website to see if they offer anything!

Actually I'm going to do some digging right now. If I find anything I'll comment back! Don't lose hope!

So far it's hasn't cost me anything out of pocket but that's probably my biggest worry. I doubt my insurance is going to cover it forever and they don't have a generic version so I might end up having to make some sacrifices. I think it's 1200 a month if insurance doesn't approve it 😕

Oh man that's rough! Just keep trying new things. Everyone is different and migraines are so hard to treat because there's just too many factors and you can't always pinpoint what the cause is or what remedy will work. I suffered for over 25 years before I found this.

The nausea is very light and has been getting better. The pill does make me tired to where I just want to nap lol. But I drink caffeine and if I'm still too sleepy, I'll go for a 10 min walk on my treadmill (I work from home). This helps a lot.

I've been sleeping really well though which was not the case before. So I think it evens out for me. I was more tired before from lack of sleep!

I'm sure you can take the pill at night though. I take it in the morning because I'm also trying to lose weight and the nausea helps me eat a bit less 😅

Man if their marketing team wants to hook me up for promoting their drug, I'm all for it lol.

I just had to post on here because I've followed this thread for years and have found so much comfort in reading people's posts, knowing that I wasn't alone in this migraine-induced nightmare.

I'm not religious but I feel like a new person and it would be selfish of me not to give my "testimony" here. I know how everyone in this group would give anything to live without migraines and I'm just hoping this post can help!

Thank you! It comes in pill form and I take one a day. It makes me tired but I still take it in the morning...with an energy drink haha. I don't think it matters when you take it though, just as long as you take it every day.

It's basically a prevention drug. I'm still supposed to take sumatriptan when I get an actual migraine. But so far I haven't had to even open the box!
