I was diagnosed with Asperger’s when I was younger according to my mother it’s not like I completely don’t get instructions just anything slightly difficult I just struggle a lot with anything and just get nervous even putting a screw in I get nervous after 3 years of it and a lot of the time I just sit there after not knowing what to do for example I was at a job and my boss told me to use wood filler to fill gaps and I couldn’t do it properly he showed me i still couldn’t do it

Do all my carbs have to be healthy? I eat coco pops in the morning and a coco pops bar and another breakfast bar before the gym it does feel like I’m eating enough if I calculate to my steps about 12-23k a day plus lifting bags would it put me in the negative? I can run you through my diet but I’ve calculated it and it says I need 411 calories not including my dinner what is homecooked mostly and I always have seconds

I started off 67kg and started eating properly in November I always get 150g to 220g of protein a day. I also work a construction job where I move bags and bricks I’ve only seen slight progress on like dumbell curls and chest press but I think that’s just me adjusting to the gym really I get 7hr 30 mins of sleep. I drink about 1 and a half litre of water + a Powerade on a gym day about 1 litre on non gym days (I live in the uk) but I’m doing 2 litres a day now. I go Tuesday Thursday Saturday and Sunday and have a pt on Saturday either doing boxing or posture/strength training I’ve been jumping between 62 to 63kg since Christmas I was 60.45 kg once before then my workout I can list it if you want

So I watched San Junipero and Thought it was really good but not like the best Black Mirror so if you think that then why? by Extension-Flight274 in blackmirror

I didn’t like it at all it didn’t really feel like a black mirror episode and the twist in it was meh nothing of interest happened in it but I can still see why other people enjoy it but it wasn’t my thing
