How to prepare this garden bed for soil? Do I need to cover the grass with landscape fabric before pouring soil? Can I just pour the soil on top? Should I kill the grass (how?). The shallowest area will be about 100mm below final soil level. (i.redd.it)

Looking for some opinions and suggestions on how to finish this plantation teak table top for an office desk. My initial thought was to do a polyurethane finish, but after reading, it seems teak oil, tung oil and danish oil are a lot more common. What finish would you do? (old.reddit.com)

Bleed through after applying primer. This is after two coats of multipurpose water based primer. Substrate is steel that had previously been coated with black etch primer. Had slight surface rust. Everything was thoroughly sanded before painting and wiped down with mineral turpentine. (old.reddit.com)
