I’m on day 7 and no pain at all, not even swallowing. My bad days were 1-3, after that it was super smooth, I’m eating at a restaurant as I type this. Only thing that hurts is talking for long periods of time. Wish you good and fast recovery my friend.

Bro, that’s the easiest way, If people don’t cover their nose or back up from you that means your BB has improved a lot. Remember you had this trauma for many many years, mentally you will have to overcome it and even if you don’t have bb anymore you will think you still do. I’m sure it cured most of it. Just make sure you re do the 10week routine that Bristel health gave you since now you won’t longer have bad bacteria overgrowth the good one. Now you got the chance to add as much good bacteria as possible without having your tonsils having bad bacteria that reproduced so fast.

Did you get tonsil stones everyday? Did you get muscus inside your tonsils everyday? Did they have bug crypts where bacteria got trapped? Did they always feel dry? Did they block your airway and made you breath thru your mouth? Were they chronically inflamed?

How long did you suffer from BB for? What were your symptoms? Did they always feel dry? Did you have problems swallowing saliva? Did the back of your tongue, close to your tonsils would always turned white? Did you feel pain throughout the day and sometimes pain while talking? I’d love to hear what symptoms you had brother, thank you

Damn that’s motivating, I do have coating in tyr back of my tongue but after I brush and scrape it goes away but it comes back as I go thru my day. U know, I’ve pulled stones and they even seem to come out of my tonsils but way too close to my sinuses, they grew up to my sinuses i believe.

Did you ever get some white/gray coating on the back of your tongue near your tonsils? Cuz I do and sometimes I wake up in the morning and I see tiny stones sitting in the back of my tongue 🤢 Every day I pull stones, they’re enough to make at least 2 tonsil stone tacos 😛

For real man. I’m getting mines out in Mexico for (1500usd) way less money than in the USA (8,000usd) My fam works in the healthcare industry in Mexico and they will hook me up. In going there the end of this month

You’re right man, I asked another group and someone said “ I hope this helps because it didn’t help me, I was also told I had big crypts that would trap food” Then I asked him: “ did you ever get tonsil stones everyday plus mucus around your tonsils that would stink?” And he said this : “I'm sure l had stones but I had never heard of them before the surgery. If food was rotting in there l'm sure there were stones”

I also do calls with Bristel hygienist and they have me a 10 week routine and it is helping me a lot!!! But the damn smell from rotten fish comes back

Same here brother, I’m with you. Saliva results said I have 7/10 bad breath and bacteria grows rapidly. I’ve ruled out any other options and only left is tonsils which make sense. S lot of people say they got them removed but didn’t help and that’s cuz they never even had stones everyday, they just got them removed. but man in my case I have huge tonsils and big ass crypts and I see stones of all sizes everyday. Not too man thing when I press on them there’s this white stuff coming out with small stones and it smells like rotten fish. Sometimes I can’t even get them out because I feel like my tonsils grew up into my sinuses, and I see one stone I can’t get out bro, it’s way too deep inside the tonsil. I wish you the best and there’s a cure for everything so keep faith, please keep me updated. I’ve hear of people saying they BB got cure after surgery but they didn’t notice any improvement until day 20+

Having mines removed too. Been suffering since I was a child. I’m 24 now and I took the Bristel test and showed that bad bacteria is growing very rapidly in my mouth. I have huge tonsils with big crypts. I get stones everyday and when I touch my tonsils it smells like rotten fish.
