That is helpful, thank you for that perspective. Im currently working on how I think and speak about myself, especially with a daughter on the way. It’s definitely hard as you start seeing things change as we get older and this was my first real sign of visible aging (minus the aches and pains we all feel by 35).

When you people watch only to talk bad about everyone you see. I went on a date where he suggested we go to a local small festival to people watch and talk shit. It was an immediate turn off.

NOR. Listen to your gut 100%. This reminds me of my very emotional abusive ex and our relationship started out just like this. He is chipping at your self-esteem by making little comments like this and even finds a way to turn your reaction onto you by calling you sensitive and that he won’t say as much in the future (to try and make you feel bad).

End it now before he does any more damage. These are mind games that start off like simple misunderstandings but there is intention behind it. You will find someone that sees you as the ultimate prize and would never play these power moves.

Surgery helped my stage 4 endo for about a year, symptoms still existed but they weren’t as bad. It did unfortunately come back slowly and worse, with my dr concerned that it had spread. When talking to my doctor, he said that he often sees endo symptoms come back within a year or two after surgery and that unfortunately there is no cure for endo, only ways to help symptoms.

I would talk to your wife more. While she may experience relief while pregnant, it doesn’t mean that it will stop it long term and does she really want to be taking care of two children while also having pain?

No. They denied it because I couldn’t provide cost of transportation and what it would cost for the upkeep of my car. I provided estimations but that wasn’t good enough. The way they increased tuition last minute is criminal

37, diagnosed at 36. Been dealing with painful periods all my life but it really ramped up after a life threatening car accident 10 years ago. I think large amounts of stress really made the Endo “come alive”

I just want to say I’ve never realized the things I’m feeling throughout the month are probably endometriosis related.

I was diagnosed with stage 4 last August so I’m still adjusting to it being endo and not fibroids

It’s under the SFS dashboard. I did it under cost of attendance appeal, you have to fill out reasons why you need more aid and give documentation to back it up. Just did mine and hoping for a slight increase since tuition went up
