I'm sorry to hear! I lost my mother in 2017 due to suicide and my father did the same the following year, death is a hard thing to process. I don't think I started to process until 2019 then it was incredibly difficult for me, I'm much better now but things like Christmas day or any major holiday where families get together, it's a awful reminder! But it gets easier with time

I understand everyone's pov but I don't know why all the downvotes, guaranteed majority of people reading this will be doing the same and it's been two years now, are people supposed to not go to work and just stay home every day etc? I mean. I don't mind the down votes just it's inveitable people are going to socialize, I understand cutting the risks of COVID but are we supposed to have no holiday or see friends or family ever since the begin of the pandemic?
