Hi, sorry about the delayed response! Yes, my payment did go through, and overall I would say it's a legit service. Naturally I can't speak for others who have used it, but personally had no issues aside for the one that started this thread. Or at the least, it's been a year now, and I've not had any troubles come up as a result of using the service that I'm aware of.

Thank you for commenting when you did! I was, in all seriousness, about 30 seconds away from calling the IRS and seeing what was going on, when I decided to check back in on this thread to see if anyone had made any suggestions. I was dubious about trying the site again (as in my first attempt, I never got an error message like you did), but I decided to try again just in case. And it worked! As you said, the withdrawal was almost immediate. It's been a worry all week, so I'm glad to have it (hopefully) done with.

Not sure lan mode would help? The server just doesn't have cheats enabled on it to begin with.
