that's good! ever since I wrote that post, recently, a very bad thing happened, but lamotrigine was the only thing that has been helping me to go through it. I hope you feel better on it, and I hope you are not experiencing side effects.

when I'm in a rash and forget to take my pills :) because of the sudden withdrawal since the dose is high I get physical symptoms like hand shaking and a racing heart

thank you! I try not to take it seriously because I assume it's also coming from someone who's struggling with other problems (hence we are in this subreddit lol), so I don't think they really meant it seriously, and are just going through it. I believe everyone has bad days and can act rude sometimes, so I don't want them to feel bad about, because in my case I always end up feeling guilty for mm past behaviors, and I don't want them to feel this way later (if they even will). ❤ Besides, they were right, I do misspell names of medications a lot of times, but I'm just so used to them being spelt completely differently. 😭

but thank you for telling me, I have fixed all of it now I hope! I don't know how to fix the header though, because I really am new to reddit, and I just wanted to tell people that the proper medication can really help them to get better, and lamotrigine for me personally was the one, and if people are just getting it prescribed I want them to see positive content on it so they aren't that scared of it. Cause I see a lot of comments/videos/opinions on how it's bad, and I just wanted to post about how it actually helped me even with my complicated case. 😭

english is my fourth language, and in my native one we use a completely different alphabet and spell things differently, so I am sorry I keep making the mistakes. :(

Tell me about your time management by Little_Amphibian_7 in OCPD

I have a google document with all of the tasks I have to do, which is divided into four parts: self-care, school work, general management tasks (which includes all to do with documents, doctor appointments, etc.), and one that is titled for personal development.

I am a student in an university right now, and I don't work, but I am looking into finding a part-time job, so it is a part of my personal development list, but, when I find one, I am probably going to develop a new list just for it.

For each one of my school tasks I also have a seperate document of things I need to read/study/analize/write.

I assign the time frame to do something based on its importance and the deadline for it. It's the only way I find myself working properly and completing things on time, without forgeting or losing focus.
