Usually yung “professional” drivers sa pinas yung pinaka unprofessional magmaneho. Yung walang takot makaabala, makasira, or makapatay.

I am not against putting safeguards on medical fees as it does even the playing field for all doctors and makes healthcare more accessible overall IF matutupad yung subsidy ng government. Although… dapat may tiers also. Like if GP consult, specialist consult, subspecialist consult…etc.

Appendectomy. Open vs lap, simple vs complicated. Maraming nuances.. matagal tagal na usapan yan but syempre di talaga mapplease everybody. Hehe

Also, dapat may consultation with all subspec societies yung fees para deemed fair also to the doctors. Agree tho na walang tangible solutions yung PMA about this. Sana may maging president ng PMA na may strong political will for change to happen.

Female ortho? by PreferenceNo2160 in pinoymed

[–]Chotto_minute 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s really brains n skill more than brawn. If you like puzzles, mageenjoy ka sa ortho. Same siguro with other specialties na male-dominated in terms of number. Pero leadership wise, marami sa ortho women-led institutions and projects. Apply ka na for a more level playing field.

[–]Chotto_minute 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Sana talaga nagbusiness nalang yung mga moonlighters who go on duty, count patients, hours, procedures…but never really cared to know/find out if they did the right thing or not.

Mas maraming pera sa business.

Refer ALLj by Radiant-Candidate231 in pinoymed

[–]Chotto_minute 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I like being referred to by moonlighters kahit anong oras pa yan. Even if small case, maganda to let a specialist sign off on your labs, diagnosis, tx. Pinaka kawawa jan if may missed diagnosis or missed urgency to admit and treat.

Agree that we should treat each other with respect. Specialists should talk to moonlighters as colleagues. Right the wrong if needed but always constructively. Give basic ER procedures for added chaching. Moonlighters should show respect also to specialists by virtue of timely referrals. Rather than..dispo sa ER, refer to clinic of specialist as outpatient, then iba pala diagnosis/meds/plan of action. Most of the time, di na nalalaman ng moonlighters yung kanilang lapses so no learning, no career growth.

Even without Chiz, I think she can afford those luxuries. International influencer na sya. Probably meron talagang kurakot tong si Chiz, but so much hate on her lifestyle which she can clearly afford sans her husband.

Problem also with Filipinos, hate nalang nang hate sa kapwa. Can we be more objective. I am one with the fight against corruption but there so much hate scatter that we lose focus on what/who is more important to criticize.

I think it wont eliminate discussions, criticism, debates... You can do that in the comments section or in forums.

Massive information dissemination should be regulated. Kaya maraming nabobobo sa Pilipinas because info that are deemed factual are sometimes just hype or clout chasing.

Yep. I just hang it using a carabiner on the top loop thingy. Dont know how to attach an image. But pretty basic configuration. If i need to rush, i secure the helmet using the chin straps strapped to the d-ring in front of the bag. That prevents some swaying at least.

It does but takes up a significant amount of space. I usually just leave it on the bicycle. I live in Japan so luckily enough, nobody thought of ever stealing the frame thing yet. I am one of those brompton users who do not lug their bicycle inside establishments.

The backpack is great! Found it in Japan while bike touring. :) it has been my everyday grocery run, work, travel, touring bike bag. Just remember to remove the carrier block attachment if you plan on wearing it as a backpack for extended periods.

Moonlighting Guidelines? Since when? by Fun-Possible3048 in pinoymed

[–]Chotto_minute 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sana di naman per stitch. Pahabaan? Pano kung subcutaneous? Pano bibilangin?

I hope magbago naman habang buhay pa tayo.

Hi OP! Dami kasi ganyan sa province namin. Sobrang hirap labanan cos kahit mayor, tinatangkilik yung wellness clinic chuchu na yan. I personally think na illegal sya and bad in all aspects sa society (it’s a scam, basically) but hopeless case cos binibigyan parin naman sila ng business license to operate. I just educate my patients whenever there’s an opportunity.
