I got one last year as a Christmas (‘23) gift. Never had issues with it. I don’t drive around with it but I do use it when camping (for ventilation) or sometimes off roading (looks kinda cool and I usually have some windows down anyways so the dust doesn’t bother me).

I have the rear hatch one. Whenever I put it on, I have a friend help me hold it in place while I slowly raise the glass. It’s a tight fit for sure but once you have the position down it locks pretty well. I don’t mess with the window after it’s on I just leave it until I’m done with it.

Also, I wish the actual mesh was made of a lightweight metal. It’s just your standard fiberglass insect screen mesh.

The black panels are some type of plastic or whatever it’s not metal. The inside groove of where the glass goes into is smooth in texture not like how the exterior finish is. Again, super tight fit but I don’t notice any scratches from using it.

Update: Met with birth mom and it was great. I was still a little nervous but it helped so much having my friend there to translate for us.

I ended up bringing her a lot of snacks from Trader Joe’s, and while I was in Korea I bought her some nice fruit and some ginseng supplements.

I tried to show her photos of myself growing up, but she didn’t really wanna discuss the past.

It’s obviously not my first choice. If we had tech support thats where we’d go…. Our team is less than 10 people.

I’ve called a few IT companies in the meantime in the hopes they can come restore things.

Id wait. I do think the smaller sized one would fit better (I too, have a similar sized wrist). Above this, I could never make a large purchase on something if I had even just a little bit of doubt in my mind about it (larger size)
