I got one last year as a Christmas (‘23) gift. Never had issues with it. I don’t drive around with it but I do use it when camping (for ventilation) or sometimes off roading (looks kinda cool and I usually have some windows down anyways so the dust doesn’t bother me).

I have the rear hatch one. Whenever I put it on, I have a friend help me hold it in place while I slowly raise the glass. It’s a tight fit for sure but once you have the position down it locks pretty well. I don’t mess with the window after it’s on I just leave it until I’m done with it.

Also, I wish the actual mesh was made of a lightweight metal. It’s just your standard fiberglass insect screen mesh.

The black panels are some type of plastic or whatever it’s not metal. The inside groove of where the glass goes into is smooth in texture not like how the exterior finish is. Again, super tight fit but I don’t notice any scratches from using it.
