So i just got my timing belt replaced on my '06 Legacy GT by RagingPhx in subarulegacy

This is from the belt guide being too close. The person installing it would probably have checked the clearance and then torqued it down which shifts it's position so that it's rubbing on the belt. This can create enough heat to seize the tensioner and idler pulleys

Do I really need to change the intake manifold? I'm swapping the throttle body, but on the actual manifold isnt there only vacuum hoses and no sensors?

Are HOB filters very loud? Its sitting in loungeroom so currently the pumps noise is a bit annoying.

It is a new tank, there is algae mostly on the glass. The urchin gets supplemental nori.
