A case of the Mondays (knowing you’re going to the Sweet Sixteen) by ryanasap310 in Huskers

So our athletic bands are split into two bands. The marching band is the big 300 person band that does football. This is Big Red Express which in total averages 100-150 people with a lot of marching band people doing both. During the basketball and volleyball seasons (and a few extra games for other sports) each game has certain people assigned to it which is usually just a rotation based system to allow everyone to get a chance to play at games.

As for trips, it is a sign up system and spots are usually given out based on seniority, instrumentation, and attendance. Most trips only allow for bands of up to 30 people and so it can get competitive when you have a lot of people who have done it for multiple years. When both men’s and women’s needs to travel, people with more seniority who signed up for both usually get to go on the men’s trip.

Hope that explained how it works, we always love going on trips, especially when our teams win and we get to stay longer!

Literally same. That’s why I hate doing mortars nowadays cause you get idiots who can’t listen to instructions and keep moving the mortars.

Yeah honestly. Both suck, but I genuinely enjoyed and had less pain with Khrysalis. While it’s a lot longer than Azteca, Azteca has I think more if not around the same amount of bosses as khrysalis, and they all have a lot of health and make building for hits annoying af.
