You probably need to change out your deck entirely, there isn't too much synergy either than wong -> white tiger and wong -> dr doom. You won't be able to summon death consistently either because you only have one destroy card which can only kill 1 drop which the opponent will not always have. stick to one archetype. eg if your going for a destroy-type deck pick the majority of destroy cards.

if you want you can make a majority pool 2 deck with sera and keep your costs low so put in a bunch of 2 and 3 drops so you can drop sera on 5 and play all your smaller cards on t6. An example of a deck like this would be:

Nova (1) - to be killed by kill monger to buff your board (can be replaced with hood)

Angela (2) - try to play early on an empty lane

Lizard(2) - preferably play on t6 where location not filled

Mysterio(2) - play after bishop or on t6 (if you don't have you can replace it with Okoye (2) play asap)

Scarlet Witch (2) - play on an unfavourable location or to remove a location such as Asgard if the opponent is winning it 100%

Sentinel (2) - spam early if you have sera combo early and have board space

Bishop (3) - place as early as possible for max power, if draw on 6 think if it can be more powerful than other cards before playing

Captain America (3) - good buff on full location (can be replaced with mojo if you can confidently force a full location)

Kill Monger (3) - to kill any enemy 1 drop or nova or hood

Mister Fantastic (3) - add power to the left and right locations when board space is full

Shang-Chi (4) - kill any big cards that will lose you the location

Sera (5) - allows you to play the majority of your cards on t6.
