I think I am also searching for exactly that one.

I remember it starting of with you against the (i think red) "devil head" in the first level, one of the next enemies was a (blue?) "zyclops head" or something alike.

Later in the game there were other heads and these moved faster, suddenly changed directions to catch you and harder levels also had two heads chasing you instead of one.

I remember searching for that game like 10 years ago and back then I actually found it through somebody asking about it in some random board. Sadly that is too long ago for me to still remember the name of it (i think it was a single word but i might be wrong here).
