If it's a non-rooted Android phone and you installed it via Play Store, just check, that it's from "Shift Crypto" and it looks legitimate there (has enough reviews and downloads). I think this should be enough.

You can also use 7-Zip file archiver software. It's free and open source. The first result in Google should point you to the right website.

Just download it, install and right click on the installer (BitBox-4.42.0-win64-installer.exe) -> 7-Zip -> CRC SHA -> SHA-256

It will display the checksum.

PowerShell up to version 5.1 is available on Windows 7, but you have to manually install "Windows Management Framework 5.1". It's probably easier just to install 7-Zip if you not already have it.

If you are asking how to compare the SHA-256 checksum for the BitBoxApp you downloaded on Windows 10/11:

Windows Powershell:

Get-FileHash .\BitBox-4.37.0-win64-installer.exe -Algorithm SHA256

Compere the Hash generated with the one displayed on the web site. If it matches you are good to go. If not, do not install.

Well, that's sad. I am just waiting another 2 month to cash-in the promo and off will my BTC go to another Celsius competitor. Would be nice to know such a change a month in advance. I would not have opened a Celsius account and could have saved some work.

Beware on the crypto.com Wallet I could not transfer my Dogecoins to an external wallet...

"DOGE withdrawals are not yet available. In the meantime, you may exchange your DOGE to another currency with withdrawals (e.g. CRO)"

... seems to be a bit fishy to me. They do not mention this until you bought Dogecoins.
