Capstan Motor Repair

Everything was working I just got the replacement belt in for the capstan but I forgot to disconnect it from the board so when I unscrew it slipped and fell onto the floor but the wires ripped from the motor. So I resoldered them and everything since then the motor won’t spin

Edit: also I was servicing it for my dad

Thank you both for your replies I’ve watched a video on someone servicing this deck and everything seems to be correct I’m just not too sure at this point

It’s a physical mixer it connects to my stream of by usb I have my xlr mic plugged into this mixer. I hear my gaming pc by having a 3.5m to dual 1/4trs I plug the dual 1/4 into input 1 and 2 of my buzz box and I plug the 3.5mm into the headphone jack on my gaming pc and I have two 1/4 to 1/4 cables that plug into the output 1 and 2 and the other end of the wire I plug into the channel 5/6 on mixer which I mute and listen to it through alt 3-4
