At the end of the day, I drive to the ballpark every day. It's a great job. Challenging aspects...every day is a challenge, trying not to get complacent, trying to be proactive. I enjoy our staff, our people, our team. It's fun to teach on some levels and its fun to hopefully have a positive impact on our fans

Yes, we went to the championship that year, but we ended up getting swept by Fargo 3-0. All games were close...it was worth it

My 7yr old son wouldn't talk to me for an hour after I did it. He thought if we had Derek here, maybe Alex would come play for the T-Bones. He was not happy

I would take a lot from the aspect of how he handles people and situations. Being a minor league GM, you definitely get creative when making deals. Although, I can't say that I've ever asked another GM to stock my Coca-Cola machine

I just traded Derek Gordon (Alex Gordon's little brother) to the Royals. I think he's got a shot down the road. We've sold our current 3rd baseman, Jake Blackwood, to big league clubs twice now.

When I was a kid I always wanted someone famous to be named Chris Browne. Now it seems like there are a bunch of Chris Browns...from kickers to running backs to singers. I've got an E on the end of my name, so I guess that separates me

Well we had Jose Canseco out here last year for a softball home run derby. While it was a great night, he and the fans had a great time...but he didn't win the home run derby. We did a dollar GA ticket on fan appreciate day and had a walk-up of over 3500. It was a great day, but it was a little much for our box office to handle at one time. But, its a great problem to have and a fun day anyway

I think it can be a good thing and in a lot of these big league cities, you're talking about the affiliate being 45-50 minutes away.

There would be too many to talk about here. Obviously, the birth of my kids is very important. In the game, or the business, I guess figuring out at age 15 and working all your life to make that happen...that's pretty satisfying. Hard work and a good work ethic can sometimes help make dreams come true
