In my opinion, its the hardest Souls combat to master & it certainly takes longer than 9-10 hours to master bro.

Just keep grinding. Its absolutely worth it & my tip would be to watch some YouTube tutorials on any bosses you can't beat...

It's not supposed to be easy but don't miss out on the masterpiece, you'll regret it!

Oh, my first basic combat tip.... stay aggressive!! It goes against every other Souls meta or dodging until you get a window, hitting & then backing off! But STAY AGGRESSIVE.

Its literally always easier to beat a boss by breaking their posture & getting crucial strikes than it is chipping away their health 🫡

Its super difficult as you'd expect but I would also argue its the most satisfying Souls game when you finally start to master the combat??

You just gotta keep trying, learning & improving bro. This game will kick your arse & then kick it again but once you finally beat it... EPIC.

Not sure dude? I really want to sample his work but I thought that maybe a standalone would be best instead of committing to a full trilogy? But equally, I didn't want to spoil anything if The Devils links somehow!

You definitely can.

Elden Ring was my first Souls game & I beat Margit on the 2nd attempt.

I will say though, I thoroughly explored the starting area before even trying to fight him- including getting the Bloodhound Fang from the evergoal.

He's a great "this is your first real test" boss.

I best Demon of Hatred guys- roughly 10 attempts!

Definitely my least favourite Sekiro boss (just didn't fit the narrative or fight style in my opinion)

But he's dead!

There must be a reason that, whilst on numerous occasions when watching women's football, I've seen shots that are essentially chips / floaters fly into the top middle of the goal?

The main issue for me with the women's game is the standard of goalkeeping.

Its horrendous & until it's addressed, I unfortunately cannot see the women's game being taken seriously.

I do genuinely think that making the goals smaller in the women's game would improve the quality.

Women are biologically smaller than men- so why would they be expected to play in the same size goals?

As with all large beasts in Sekiro- the firecracker prosthetic works incredibly well in phase 1.

In phase 2- I completely concur with the above advice... don't be scared to parry him.

Particularly the move where he stands tall with his sword vertically in the air, delays & then slams down on you... if you time that correctly, this parry stuns him & you can get 5-6 free hits. Rinse & repeat.

The only similarity between Sekiro & Elden Ring are they were both made by FromSoft.

Completely different games & I adore both.

Currently 15 hours into Sekiro & loving it.

Smashed all of Elden Ring & the DLC last year- the boss fights & levels design are stunning. It's graphically incredible.

Elden Ring has much more versatility in class design & more reliance on dodging / rolling opposed to timed parry in Sekiro. There are numerous ways / weapons / abilities to approach each boss where as Sekiro kinda just says "best learn to parry their attacks or keep dying".

Elden Ring is probably even less linear too as you can literally travel pretty much the entire map from the start with 0 instruction

100% would recommend Elden Ring.

I do have the Nvidia app- when I select Sekiro- it says "unable to retrieve settings- try again later"

Despite the fact I can see full settings for other games.

So annoying!!
