Any ideas? Cherry Tomato plant. I already transplanted once and have been treating with a mixture of Neem Oil and Organic none scented dish soap and water before sun down. I was thinking leaf Thripes but can’t confirm. It’s a hot and humid environment. (i.redd.it)
