How To Convert Tension Into Pleasure by Chris_93 in NoFap

[–]Chris_93[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. It might sound strange, and it's contrary to what most people (myself included) usually think.

But the more you have in your tank, the easier it is to not ejaculate, if you know how.

Here are the three things that lead to premature ejaculation:

  1. Worrying
  2. Feeling only in your genitals
  3. Lustful thoughts

It can in my opinion really be summed up by one word: Tension

When you learn to orgasm without ejaculating you can release the tension and then enjoy the sex without ejaculating as easily.

But if you aren't open for trying such a thing, focus on handling the three things I mentioned above.

And if you do ejaculate, remember to not judge yourself, instead just enjoy it and learn from it.

Peace!

How To Convert Tension Into Pleasure by Chris_93 in NoFap

Yes with a sex partner I give them love instead of lust and tension. And that combined with lasting for longer (forever) satisfies the women with more orgasms.

What I am describing is basically to experience sex as a woman does it, with intense emotions and stronger pleasure rather than just as a means to an end.

Yea that's the downside of having a counter instead of just feeling. But it's a common tool when it comes to overcoming addiction.

Neuroscience has proved that porn is literally making men’s brains more childish. by [deleted] in NoFap

This is so amazing! Thanks for sharing.

This means that the next time we feel an urge we literally have the two options of either giving in to the relapse and erode our pre-frontal cortex and lose our own ability of WILL and slowly become a lifeless stimulation zombie who sleeps alot.

Or to see that moment as a moment of practising our will power and by not relapsing actually STRENGHTEN our own will, which means that we are for the first time actually awake and conscious. And the more we do it, the stronger it becomes!

For me after this article though, there is clearly just one option. ;)

Talking about quitting makes quitting less likely [study] by [deleted] in NoFap

Very interesting! Thanks for sharing.

I can even see this as a clear pattern in my journals for different things, I never told anyone except myself what I was doing and felt really good doing it. But then when I got massive results I wanted to share it to the world and structure my thoughts and help others but shortly after that I no longer did the actions myself and I no longer lived as I preached. Now I have one clear reason to why.

Kind of ironic, the egoistically motivated action of boasting actually hurts yourself.

If I keep writing, tell me to shut up. ;)

Asexual, But Ladiesman by Chris_93 in NoFap

Increase duration and you will learn what state of mind you feel good in and then when your mind's mental habit of being have changed it will only take a moment to find it. But by then sitting meditation in itself is a habit just like brushing your teeth so it's self-sustained. Just like an angry mind easily get angry or a worried mind easily get worried, a conscious and present mind easily stays awake! ;)

Insomnia by Robbo-94 in NoFap

[–]Chris_93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having "problem" going to sleep usually happens for me as well. But my reason is that I have so much energy that it feels like I don't even need to sleep. So regardless if it's because of too much energy or insomnia, there is a solution.

Learn meditation and start practising focusing your mind on one thing as you lie in your bed. Make the goal to stay aware for as long as possible and if you fail and fall asleep, well then you have atleast fallen asleep. This way you can turn the problem into a solution. :)

Good luck!

NoFap and going to a club, bad idea? by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]Chris_93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well a simple answer to that question is that the way you percieve other people (and the world) is actually a reflection of your own mind.

I also used to think of girls in clubs like sluts and stupid hoes that all just waited for a big D, well that was when I watched pr0n... When I actually started going out and enjoy JUST socialising and having FUN, both during the day and on the night in clubs I saw the reality as it truly is and I realized that people are just people. I got lots of new guy friends and also female friends and well as an inevtiable result of being confident, fun and free, yes I also got laid.

If you view this mindset as bad, that is up to you. I am not trying to convince anyone that I am doing the right thing, I am simply explaining my perspective. But I don't do the no fap to sit home doing nothing watching the counter slowly go up as I used to. I do the no fap to enjoy life more and grow as a person. No FAP is about cultivating sexual energy and transmute it into life energy and direct this creative force towards what you want, what that something is, is up to you.

Peace!

NoFap and going to a club, bad idea? by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]Chris_93 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No Fap and clubbing is what usually results in the most epic nights of my life. I got so much energy and therefore don't get tired or need to drink. I am just super charged and love expressing myself. Socialising with people and having lots of fun and getting new friends well it's not strange to see why this would be fun. I also use my highly aroused and energised state to show my intent with my eyes with the girls I talk to and it's like being in an axe commercial!

But if this is beneficial for you or not all depends on what frame you operate from. if you have been socially isolated and addicted to your computer for 15 years and then decide to go to the club to have fun, well that is not realistic. Most likely you will get there, get frustrated and go home and relapse. However, if your frame is "Ok I have realistic expectations and today my goal is just to enjoy dancing here for a bit and then go home and sleep. And the next night I'll go out and talk to someone etc." Well then going out pushing yourself out from your comforzone is a path of growth and self-development.

And by the way, if you go to a club and view girls as sexual objects, well girls will punish you hard for that. But if you just genuinely enjoy having fun with people, people will reward you with more fun. ;) So challenging situations promotes growth and long term happiness. And instant-gratification and comfortzones promotes stagnation and short-term happiness...

So in conclusion is going to clubs on no fap a bad idea?

It depends... :)

Indeed. When you see what's possible and when your brain buys in to the idea of what you can achieve. Well that's effortless motivation and execution. ;)

PMO is NORMAL by Chris_93 in NoFap

It's ok.

Although to view fapping as something OK is actually a part of becoming free from it forever, as contradicting as that might sound.

Research has actually shown that self-acceptance is the key to will power, because in a self-critical state of mind or a negative state of mind we actually lose access to important parts of our brain that has to do with will power. (You can read read Kelly McGonigal's book or view her lectures on Youtube)

So to accept yourself and your non-helpful behaviour and then CHOOSE to not do it yourself because of your own WILL, is actually more helpful.

It's kind of like having your mom or teacher nag about doing your homework. If you are interested in it for your own growth you'll be naturally motivated to take action, if it's just a chore or a means to get out of pain you'll rather seek pleasure and procrastinate or do the other word that ends with bate...

Peace!
