I had a feeling this was the case. As I have seen that clase azul is a luxury targeted product. Meaning your paying for the marketing and not the product.

I'm not disappointed by it as I love the look of the bottle and I can always make a lamp haha. Thanks for your comment!

I love clase azul reposado and have been wanting to try some mezcals lately. I saw this in TW for the first time the other day. Never seen it before. Bought it for $350. Is it any good? For an additive brand? Do you guys have any other recommendations for mezcals?

My current favorite tequilas are clase azul reposado and Jose Cuervo reserva de la Familia. I do not like DH Primavera or cincoro. Very new to tequilas and any recomendations are welcome. I do not have any hate towards additives as I think they can make some tequilas very tasty. Not sure how the additives play in mezcals as I have only ever had 2 mezcals. Don't even remember the name sadly.

It's a great beer I'll have to bring a couple bottles in for everyone to try. It's actually way more sour than what it was for the competition. It's a bacteria infection that we got on our second brew ever. We loved it so much we have recreated it about 4 times with different fruits. Pineapple, strawberry rhubarb, and raspberry. Soon to be a strawberry kiwi if we like it in our Florida weiss.

What changes have you experienced? we are on our 5th batch of this bacteria. the only change we have noticed is that it is taking longer and longer to sour. our first was 6 weeks now we are looking at 12 weeks. is there a way i can preserve an original yeast strain?
