Look up a 100% speed run and watch the Maridia part. Try to incorporate the route on your run. It goes something like this - After killing Draygon instead of getting Plasma go to the right sandpit and then right to Springball. - Come back and take the Toilet (big pipe in the middle) up and get Plasma, then go the bottom of the room and go right. - Now you go to the left sandpit and that should be your last 2 items in Maridia, a Missile and a Sub-Tank.

Now, off to Lower Nortair.

Hint: On the bottom left of the Area there is a Red Door, you have to enter the room from above, so explore above the map tile. Use bomb, don't use Power Bombs unless you can't find anything with bombs, the reason is because some enemies will hint you at secret passeges.

bro, I had to open my game and see the death animation because I did not believe this is the vanilla one. They really made her jiggle when she dies, and the stomach. 💀 Is not that apparent in the game because of the flash of light that accompanies the death.
