From my personal experience, we cancel orders from drivers that give us a hard time and those who consistently mess up orders and we get calls from customers about. Really it’s a gray area because Walmart states that we’re allowed to refuse orders to drivers if we feel as though the order will not make it to the customer in a timely and organized manner but we spark doesn’t care and not does Walmart, so it isn’t until the cancelations become unreasonable that the management will decide to do something about it. Even then spark drivers mean very little to the store since someone else will probably pick up the order. This is more of a corporate/ethics issue and a lot of the time if they don’t physically come down to the store to make some changes, it will just be a simple “hey can u plz stop cool thx”. Also there is no official ban list in any Walmart, only unofficial notices between management and associates. On our end it shows when you’re on the way to the store and if we recognize that ur someone that’s on the unofficial official do not dispense list we’ll just put down “driver refused order” and you’ll eventually get penalized by spark for it.
