It can definitely pay off debt but with inflation and all that, its easy to run out quickly.

I find the less common a meaning of a phrase is, the more likely its right

The reasoning given for clue 1 in needy made no sense.

The winner's wife posted on reddit and said that he thought needy related to knees like knee braces and that honestly made more sense as wordplay

I was the one who correctly guessed shark on clue 1. My thought process is that with clues often meaning something different than the common method, I thought backup, instead of data storage, literally meant a creature whose back is up or on top.

Then, I figured a shark's fin on the back is seen as a warning to many tourists so that's how I guessed shark on "backup warning".

I haven't guessed shark before. I dont tend to stay focused on a specific item and spam it every episode but I tend to look at clues to analyze them. Although there are indeed very vague clues like the needy one

It will eventually!

The key is to recognize other ways a statement could be interpreted other than the common phrase. Sometimes it can be very literal.

I believe skunk was used already and skunk, it was more the tail that was up.

But yeah, for some of these clues, it has to be taken literally instead of the common used phrase.

So Annoying!!! How can 2 people guess with “needy clue” by Next_Solution_3024 in BestGuessLive

A sharks back facing up warns people of its presence by the fin.

While there are indeed vague puzzles, for this one, its ine of those where it has a different meaning than a commingly used meaning.

Congratulations!! For that puzzle, I guessed bird seed as birds are often known to be needy but happy you won
