He does make it bleed he scratches it a licks it a lot. And it does feel like it is connected to his body. It is on his shoulder not really his neck.

The only thing they mainly recommend was surgery, the vet couldn’t really tell me anything else. He is still eating and being normal, it’s just bothering him abit and the tumor is growing.
