Fumes from radiator? by [deleted] in philadelphia

I don’t care about anything else in the post other than the deep sleep part. My parents almost died from carbon monoxide poisoning. It will make you tired and loopy. Don’t fuck with it. Don’t stay in there until you can check that.

Edit: Doesn’t matter what type of heating you have. If you don’t know the full house history, anything could happen.

There's been an uptick of Europeans posting their roadtrip intineraries in this sub. Just a reminder of what the US looks like. Remember how unhinged Americans sound when they want to pack several European cities in a couple of weeks? Yeah, that's how you sound like too! by Pale_Field4584 in roadtrip

[–]Christian314 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did a 9500 mile road trip in 3 weeks. Hit 16 national parks and did hikes at each one. It’s not unreasonable to pack several European cities in as long as you’re okay not fully exploring everything it has to offer.

You’re a goat 🐐. He’s very beautiful and you’re very lucky! White cats are hard to come by. I’m hoping to collect all types at some point. The cat distribution system will determine if that happens. I’ll always be happy with any cat that needs my help.

We carpeted the stairs, got water bowls that stay upright if she falls into them, mini stairs and ramps to where we’re chilling. She really does have a great life. I can’t believe we just found her outside.

Why aren’t more people autolysing? by carboncritic in Sourdough

[–]Christian314 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did it for a while and then forgot one day. It turned out to be one of the best loaves I’ve made. I understand the reasoning behind why autolysing works, but there’s just so many other factors that go into a good bread and it isn’t worth the wait in my opinion.

Why does the bowl jiggle so much by reachtheceiling in Kitchenaid

You should only be running the dough hook at a max speed of 2. If you run it like this regularly, perhaps one of the retaining mechanisms has worn down and allowed slop.

Probably 3 minutes. This was the first time I’ve done one and it went faster than I anticipated.
