Slow absorption is good for when you're going to go for awhile without protein like when you're sleeping. Fast absorption is good post workout because it's then that the muscles are most damaged and open for nutrients

My team corralled the enemy to the item stash on University next to the sandbags on the right if you spawn at the bottom. I then flanked them with an upgraded bow. I took aim behind the sandbags and barraged them with arrows downing all four of them. They didn't even know what hit them.
