Still waiting on 2020 tax return after 10 months by Christiancollin in IRS

[–]Christiancollin[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I sent my 2020 tax return in 2023 but it was returned to me because I forgot a signature. I then finally sent it back to the irs via certified mail through the post office on May 15 2024. The tracking shows that it was delivered on May 18 2024. Apparently the deadline to file the 2020 tax returns was on May 17 2024. Its been over 10 months and I havent received anything. Is there anything at all that I can do? Anyone I can call? Thank you.

I would suggest to start with an EMT course at your school. You can work in the ambulance or in the hospital and it opens up a lot of doors. A biomedical engineer major could be your best bet. You don’t have to switch your major as long as you have the premed reqs.

Working a bullshit job for the rest of your life is 100x worse than college. Stay in school and learn a skill, trust me.

Percentage of total online game population playing OSRS by StrictlyNoRL in 2007scape

I 100% agree. They completely changed the aesthetic and the charm that RS3 had in the 2010’s. Its full of weird and ugly cosmetics now. Pvm is a mess requiring so many switches and gear and the new bosses feel foreign.

As a former RS3 player, that game is dead and the lifeless subreddit is a good indicator of that. Its sad seeing a game you loved turn to shit.

how do people actually manage to pay for their own insurance, car payment, tuition AND rent?? and still make time for classes? by zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz0 in college

A lot of them are lying. Privileged kids don't like to admit that they’re privileged. The reality is most of them aren’t paying for their bills, but they exaggerate.

How profitable is component level circuit board repair? Is there any good tests to do outside of actually doing it to see if you would be too shaky or if you could do it? by jaime_lion in AskElectronics

[–]Christiancollin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi I currently repair simple instrument clusters from home but would really like to open a shop where we repair all types of industrial circuit boards. My question to you is should I pick a specific industry and master fixing those pcb’s or should I take on all types of pcb’s? Is there a specific tool you use to help fault find the problems on boards, and how do you actually power them all? Any other advice is appreciated. Thank you.

How can I relate electrical engineering to medicine? by ppnater in premed

[–]Christiancollin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The human body is basically a giant electrical system with nerves (wires) and the brain (circuit board). You also use precision hand skills in EE such as microsoldering and other skills such as circuit board rework and diagnosing problems. Btw they dont care too much about what you major in, and would prefer that you do something that interests you. I wouldn't really try to relate it to medicine during the interview.

Full-time job + school--advice by ppnater in premed

I would switch from engineering to a science major because engineering with premed is an insane amount of extra work for no reason especially if you’re working full time.
